"This program meets and exceeds the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 147 curriculum and meets all requirements for the number of hours of instruction and for the level and type of competency expected of the students in general, airframe, and powerplant subject areas. Graduation of our program results in achieving an Associate in Applied Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology degree. The Associate in Applied Science degree includes additional courses in the areas of English, Math, Reading, Communications, Humanities, and Physics.
This is a 30 month program and begins with 6 months of pre-college program courses consisting of basic, intermediate, and advanced English focusing on aviation technical English. It includes introduction to the specialty and hand tools and equipment utilized in aircraft maintenance, including their understanding and proper usage, terminology, and care."
